organizations, people and projects build greater alignment

thinking working in museum design 18 years ago.
Today, that thinking continues to
evolve and drive her work as principal of Brandology and Brand
Alignment Group - brand practices located in Melbourne, Australia
and Denver, Colorado respectively. Working
with an eclectic client-base, ranging from individuals and
start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, Michel builds

Tayfun Demiroz
“Imagine if you could have been a very satisfied creative in the world
of arts but ended up in economics and banking."
During my thirteen year banking
career, there were many times when I felt trapped by a corporate
dogma which would not allow me to express and to realise my
creative potential. Having lost all those years to command
and control, I was liberated by the information economy post-2000.
For the past five years I have been seeding communities and
rubbing up against the imagination of highly competent people
in diverse fields to co-create corporate conversations that
really matter and indeed engage a multitude of stakeholders.
Mining these new dimensions of social exchange is at the core
of what I do. Currently I work out of a Sydney based graphic
design agency where I utilise my experience in facilitation
techniques, internal communications, and organisational development
to achieve radical results in corporate communications.

Peter Tunjic
Peter watches and thinks
out loud.
He thinks about thinking and
not thinking, the relationship
between what he intends and
his intent, virtues, how things
get direction,
how thing compose, how companies work and their role ( both
real ones and as an idea),
the relationship between questions
and
answers, vision, learning, how to meet in public, technology,
the love of the mind, privatization and the human spirit, the
relationship between time, measurement and the self, old school
humanity, the role of silence, choice, systems, change, what
happens if you organize a society around capital, why he/we
exist and how it fits together.
Peter thinks out loud in essays, publications and professional
courses, in front of directors, executives and students with
friends and people he just met. He is warmly disagreeable,
arguable provocative and incomplete.
When he is not thinking out loud he is a director of Thoughtpost
and a commercial lawyer. He works with, for want of a better
word, innovative companies.
